From Excuses to Executed...
Blog #2
Excuses only hold you back. Okay, I get as lazy as the next person. Shoot, there are times when I can’t even get out of bed.
🤔some may consider that depression 🤷🏽♀️. Sssooooooo this is getting a bit dark.
What I am trying to say is that you may not ever ‘ffffeeeeelll’ like doing what it takes to lose the weight, get a better grade, or put money aside for your dream house (chills; was that last part for me 🤦🏽♀️.
You may not always want to do what it takes. The only way to be better is make a promise to yourself and keep it. How important is that goal to you? I recall Tom Bilyeu coming up with a strategy that I can attest works—he punished himself.
🙅🏽♀️ let’s not get the whip out and make self-flagellation a thing.
What I am saying is that you have to be a person of your word. If you keep making excuses then you will never complete a thing, to get to excellence. Hey, I write this because I know your fullest potential is just beyond the excuse. If you have an impression on your heart, or that gut drop feeling from a roller coaster after reading this you know what to do.
Here’s my challenge to you: Grab your note book, phone, piece of paper and pen. Write 3 things that you have been putting off. Now execute it! You have what it takes.
